How do you price fixed projects?
After an initial call we produce a scoped estimate with a fixed price. If the scope changes mid-project, we agree a change order before proceeding. No surprise invoices.
What does a retainer look like in practice?
We agree on a monthly hour block that fits your pace — typically 40–160 hours/month. Hours roll over for one month if unused. You get direct access to the engineers working on your product.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Sometimes, but we are generally a better fit for small and medium businesses with an active business and clear operational pain to solve.
What happens after a project is done?
We provide documentation, deployment guides, and two weeks of post-launch support included in every project engagement. Ongoing support can continue on a retainer.
